1998
Process Experience
In 1998, the founder invested in two sets of improved domestic K72 looms to produce window screen products, marking the company's entry into the wire mesh market.
2000
Process Experience
2000, expand the scale of weaving equipment to 10 sets, and assigned appropriate personnel for related posts.
2006
Process Experience
2006, again expand the scale of weaving equipment to 20 sets, and equipped relevant inspection equipments.
2010
Process Experience
2010, start to introduce high-speed and wide-width equipment to improve, upgrade, and put into production. The equipments were gradually upgraded
2015
Process Experience
In 2015, the high-speed wide-width equipment was completely updated and entered mass production. Meanwhile, the auxiliary functions of the factory were gradually established. The inspection, processing, and packaging capabilities were initially formed. In addition, the supply chain system was gradually established to improve quality and strengthen the TPM management system.
2020
Process Experience
In 2020, Jiushen obtained its import and export license and shifted from an OEM, ODM, and agency export model to self-operated import and export. To further improve mesh product quality and enter the high-end product market, Jiushen plans to introduce imported Dornier weaving looms, which are currently under negotiation.
2023
Process Experience
In 2023, Jiushen launched its self-developed epoxy mesh advanced coating line, the most advanced in China's wire mesh industry. At the same time, we moved into new weaving workshops and launched aluminum wire drawing facilities. We are also pleased to share that Jiushen obtained IATF 16949 certification in 2023, which helps us better serve our customers.
