Jiushen's production workshop covers an area of 15,000 square meters, and the logistics area covers 5,000 square meters. There are more than 100 pieces of equipment and auxiliary facilities suitable for weaving products of various specifications. Some processes operate 24 hours a day.

Jiushen has established an on-site assembly line layout of "raw material warehouse → inspection → warping → weaving → inspection → coating → slitting → packaging → delivery." Items are fixed and positioned for high operating efficiency, which currently holds a leading position in the wire mesh industry.

Jiushen adopts an order-driven operation mode with master plan scheduling, executes order BOMs, and controls various forms of waste. According to market demand, in order to reduce inventory for customers and achieve JIT supply, Jiushen maintains a certain level of safety inventory and implements a first-in, first-out logistics management system.

Jiushen implements TPM management and has a professional management department with 15 technicians specializing in electromechanics and processes, each with many years of experience. While maintaining efficient factory operations, Jiushen is capable of researching and designing new processes, materials, and equipment according to customer application scenarios to meet future market demand.
